As blokes, how many of us want to approach a female assistant on a department store counter and crack open a conversation about in-growing hairs or a flaky scalp? And can you really feel confident in the advice you receive? Is the assistant offering you impartial advice? Do we really want the hassle of going to the high street anyway?
